NEET UG 2025 City Allotment Slip to Be Released by April 26
New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2025 city allotment slip, also known as the exam city intimation slip, on or before April 26, 2025. This document will specify the city where each candidate’s NEET exam centre is located, allowing them to make necessary preparations for the exam scheduled on May 4, 2025 from 2 PM to 5 PM.

The city allotment slip serves as an advance notification before the NEET admit card release, providing candidates with sufficient time to arrange travel and accommodations. Since the admit card is typically issued three to four days before the exam, NTA will release the city intimation slip approximately a week earlier to facilitate last-minute arrangements.

Difference Between City Intimation Slip and Admit Card
The city allotment slip informs candidates about their assigned exam city and state but does not specify the exact exam centre address. In contrast, the admit card provides the precise exam centre details, exam day instructions, and a Self-Declaration Undertaking. While candidates must carry their admit card to the exam centre, the city allotment slip is not mandatory for entry.

The NEET 2025 exam will take place in 566 cities, including 552 locations in India and 14 international centres. However, NTA has removed Surampalem (Andhra Pradesh), Deoghar (Madhya Pradesh), Basar (Arunachal Pradesh), Mamit (Mizoram), and Kiphrie (Nagaland) from this year’s exam city list.
