NEET UG 2025 Counselling Authorities
- MCC (Medical Counselling Committee): Handles AIQ (15%), Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and AFMC/ESIC admissions.
- State Counselling Authorities: Responsible for 85% of State Quota seats and private college counselling.
Eligibility: Candidates meeting the category-specific qualifying percentiles are eligible to participate.
New AIQ Counselling Guidelines 2025
- Counselling will include four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round.
- No upgradation allowed after Round 2.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 cannot resign or participate in later rounds.
- If a student doesn't accept the seat allotted in Round 2, they must register again for the Mop-Up Round, and their security deposit will not be refunded.

- All India Quota (15%)
- Covers 15% of government college seats (except J&K).
- Open to all NEET-qualified candidates across India.
- Includes reservation for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and PwD.
- State Quota (85%)
