
NTA urged aspiring NEET UG students to apply before March 7!
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has urged medical aspirants to complete their NEET UG 2025 registration before the deadline on March 7 at neet.nta.nic.in. The exam is scheduled for May 4, 2025, and the correction window will remain open from March 9 to 11.
To avoid last-minute technical issues, the NTA has advised candidates to submit their applications well in advance. It has also instructed applicants to regularly check nta.ac.in and neet.nta.nic.in for the latest updates.
No Extension Expected
The NTA has not announced any extension of the registration deadline, making March 7 the final day for aspiring candidates to apply.

NEET UG 2025 Exam Pattern and New Rules
- The question paper will include 180 compulsory questions.
- The exam will consist of 45 questions in Physics, 45 in Chemistry, and 90 in Biology.
- The NTA will implement biometric verification at exam centres.
- The tie-breaking system has changed.
- The exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode.
- Examination centres will open three hours before the exam starts.
- Candidates must bring at least six passport-size photographs.
With the deadline fast approaching, aspirants should complete their registrations promptly to secure their chance of appearing for NEET UG 2025.
