he National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the NEET UG 2026 refund window will close on July 7, 2026, at 11:50 PM. Candidates who are eligible for a refund must verify or update their bank account details before the deadline to ensure the refund is processed successfully.

The refund process is applicable only to eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates. Those who have not yet confirmed their bank account information, including the account number and IFSC code, are advised to complete the process as soon as possible through the official NEET UG portal.

According to the NTA, refunds will be credited directly to the bank accounts provided by candidates. Incorrect or incomplete banking details may result in delays or failure of the refund transaction. Since the deadline is approaching, candidates should avoid waiting until the final hours to prevent any issues caused by heavy traffic on the website. 

Steps to Update Bank Details

• Visit the official NEET UG website.
• Log in using your application number and password.
• Open the Bank Account Details Confirmation/Updation section.
• Verify or update your bank account details and IFSC code.
• Submit the information before 11:50 PM on July 7, 2026. 

The NTA has clarified that no further extension of the refund window is expected. Eligible candidates who wish to receive their refund are strongly advised to complete the verification process before the deadline.

Students are encouraged to keep a copy of the confirmation page for future reference after submitting their updated bank details.
