NTA Duplicate Scorecard 2026 Lost or Damaged Scorecard Can Be Re-Issued
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has informed candidates about the procedure for obtaining a duplicate scorecard in cases where the original scorecard has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
As per the information issued by NTA, candidates should first check whether their scorecard is available through DigiLocker. If the scorecard is available there, it can be downloaded directly and no separate application is required.
How to Apply

Step 1: Check DigiLocker First
Candidates who have lost their NTA scorecard should first check DigiLocker. If the scorecard is available, they can simply download it without submitting any additional application.
Step 2: Download Annexure-1
If the scorecard is not available on DigiLocker, candidates need to download Annexure-1 from the NTA public notification dated September 17, 2026 and fill in the required details.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents
Candidates must attach the enclosures mentioned in the NTA public notice and send the completed application to:
