The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Final Answer Key for the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination conducted on 21 June 2026. Candidates who appeared in the re-examination can now access the official final answer key PDF for their respective test booklet codes. The answer key has been finalized after evaluating all valid objections received during the challenge window.

The release of the final answer key marks the completion of the answer key evaluation process and is one of the final steps before the declaration of the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination Result. 

Official Final Answer Key PDF Released

NTA has published the official Final Answer Key PDF for all four test booklet codes—50, 60, 70, and 80. The PDF contains the final answers to all questions and also identifies questions that have been dropped or awarded multiple correct answers, wherever applicable. These revisions will be considered while preparing candidates final scores.
