Odisha BAMS/BHMS Round 2 Counselling 2026 Choice Filling Notice: Candidates can check the latest choice-filling notice, guidelines, and important instructions for Round 2 AYUSH counselling.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has issued a notice for NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates who wish to take part in the 2nd Round counselling and admission process for State Quota seats in the BAMS and BHMS programmes. The notice (No. OJEE/0557) is dated October 3, 2026. It explains which candidates must fill fresh choices and which can modify their earlier choices to get a seat allotment in Round 2.

OJEE has asked all candidates to read the "Information & Instructions for Counselling & Admission to BAMS/BHMS Courses, 2026-27" before taking part in the process.

Who Needs to Fill or Modify Choices in Round 2?

1. Newly registered candidates in Round 2
They must fill fresh choices. They can do this only after completing registration and paying the counselling fee.

Study MBBS Abroad 2025-26, Fees 2 lakh Per Year.

2. Candidates who were not allotted any seat in Round 1
They do not need to fill fresh choices. If they want to modify the choices they filled in Round 1, they must give their consent as "Yes" to fill or modify choices for Round 2.

3. Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 who did not complete physical reporting
They must fill fresh choices if they want to take part in Round 2. Their previous choices will be treated as null and void.

4. Candidates who withdrew from the counselling process
Candidates who withdrew for any reason and want to participate again in Round 2 can fill fresh choices. They must log in to their ID and give their consent as "Yes".

5. Candidates whose allotted seat was cancelled
This applies if the seat was cancelled for a reason such as a category or sub-category change. These candidates must fill fresh choices by giving their consent, as their previous choices will be treated as null and void.

Important Note on Float Option and Non-Reporting

  • Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 who physically reported at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, and chose the FLOAT option cannot modify or fill any choices in any further round of web counselling.
  • Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 who did not physically report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, will be treated as non-reported candidates. They will not be considered in further rounds of counselling and must follow the instructions listed above if they want to take part again.

What Candidates Should Do

  1. Read the OJEE notice and the information and instructions for BAMS/BHMS counselling 2026-27 carefully.
  2. Identify which of the categories above applies to you.
  3. Log in to your OJEE counselling account and give consent ("Yes") wherever needed.
  4. Fill or modify your choices within the schedule announced by OJEE.
  5. Keep checking www.ojee.nic.in for further updates.
