Bhubaneswar, September 25, 2026: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to BAMS/BHMS courses under the 1st Round counseling for the academic session 2026-27. All candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must personally report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on their notified date and time slot.

Key Instructions for Candidates

• Allotted candidates must exercise the Freeze or Float option using their login ID.
• Admission fee of Rs. 8,500/- must be paid online through the candidate's respective login ID.
• Candidates must carry all original certificates, mark sheets, Community/Caste Leaving Certificate (CLC), and other required documents, along with one set of photocopies, at the time of reporting.
• On successful fee payment, document verification, and submission of the Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter from the OJEE Office along with an acknowledgment of submitted documents.
• Either the candidate alone or with one guardian should report at the OJEE Office on the scheduled date and time.
• Candidates are advised not to report directly at their allotted college at this stage; they must wait until the entire counseling and admission process is complete.
• After final counseling, OJEE will forward the list of admitted students along with admission fees to the respective institutes, which will then complete final admission formalities.
• Any refund due to candidates will be processed by OJEE after final admission dates, as per government procedure.

Note: In case of any revision in the fee structure as per government order, the revised fee shall automatically apply.
