Punjab NEET UG Revised First Round Counselling Schedule

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has issued a revised schedule for the First Round of Online Counselling under NEET UG-2026 for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in Punjab. The notice, dated 25 August 2026 and signed by the Registrar, pushes back every key date in the process — from choice filling to physical reporting at colleges.

What Changed

  1. Online choice filling (submission of preferences)
    • Old: 16 to 19 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM
    • Revised: 16 to 23 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM
  2. Display of Provisional Seat Allotment Result
    • Old: 22 August 2026
    • Revised: 27 August 2026
  3. Last date for submission of objections to Provisional Seat Allotment
    • Old: 23 August 2026, up to 3:00 PM
    • Revised: 28 August 2026
    • Note: Objections are accepted only through personal appearance at the Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot, along with supporting documents. Objections submitted via email or any other electronic mode will not be entertained.
  4. Display of revised Provisional Seat Allotment (after disposal of objections)
    • Old: 24 August 2026
    • Revised: 29 August 2026
  5. Physical reporting by provisionally allotted candidates
    • Old: 25 to 28 August 2026
    • Revised: 30 August to 5 September 2026
    • Covers: verification of original documents, medical examination (where applicable), completion of admission formalities, and payment of six months' tuition fee through the university's online payment gateway.

What Candidates Should Do

  • Complete or revise choice filling before 23 August, 5:00 PM.
  • Check the seat allotment result on 27 August via the candidate login.
  • If contesting the allotment, visit the Admission Branch in Faridkot in person by 28 August — email objections won't be accepted.
  • Check the revised allotment (if applicable) on 29 August.
  • Report physically to the allotted college between 30 August and 5 September with original documents and tuition fee payment.
