Punjab NEET UG Round 2 Revised Provisional Seat Allocation Released for MBBS and BDS

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has released the revised provisional allocation of MBBS and BDS seats for Round 2 of Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2026. The revised allotment has been published after considering objections received against the earlier provisional allocation issued on September 12, 2026.

The Round 2 allocation includes candidates who have received new allotments, upgraded seats or no change in their previously joined seat. The list provides candidate-wise information such as NEET rank, registration number, joined college, joined course, quota/category, newly allotted college and allotment status.

The allotment covers seats in several medical and dental institutions, including Government Medical College Patiala, Government Medical College Amritsar, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College Faridkot, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences Mohali, Dayanand Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana, Christian Medical College Ludhiana, ESIC Medical College Ludhiana, Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences Jalandhar, Gian Sagar Medical College and RIMT Medical College, among others.

BFUHS has clarified that the allocation remains provisional and admission will be subject to verification and authentication of original documents, fulfilment of eligibility conditions and compliance with the applicable counselling rules. A provisional seat allocation itself does not automatically confer a right to admission.

The university has also stated that the allocations of registration numbers 556278, 551477, 552193 and 556299 have been withheld due to administrative reasons. BFUHS reserves the right to correct, modify, withdraw or cancel any allocation found to have been made incorrectly or contrary to applicable rules.

Candidates participating in Punjab NEET UG Round 2 counselling should carefully verify their allotted college, quota, category and allotment status in the revised list and follow subsequent admission instructions issued by BFUHS.
