The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has released the revised Provisional Allocation of MBBS/BDS Seats for the 1st Round of Online Counselling for the 2026 session.

The revised allocation was published on 29 August 2026 after consideration of objections received against the earlier provisional allocation dated 27 August 2026.

The provisional allocation list contains details including the State Merit Number, allotted course, NEET Roll Number, candidate name, allotted college, quota and category.

Candidates have been allotted seats in various medical colleges, including Government Medical College, Patiala; Government Medical College, Amritsar, Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Mohali and ESIC Medical College, Ludhiana, among others, as reflected in the allocation list.

The list also includes allocations under Government Open, Backward Classes, EWS, Backward Area and AIQ/Open Quota categories.

Provisional Allocation Subject to Verification

BFUHS has clarified that the seat allocation is purely provisional and remains subject to verification and authentication of candidates' original documents and certificates, as well as fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Mere provisional allocation does not guarantee admission. Candidates must successfully complete document verification and comply with the applicable rules and regulations for admission.

Candidates Advised to Check Allotment

Candidates who participated in Punjab NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling should check the revised provisional allocation list carefully and verify their allotted course and college. They should also follow the instructions issued by BFUHS regarding the subsequent admission process.
