The UG/PG AYUSH Counseling Board, Government of Rajasthan, has released the tentative revised vacant seat matrix for Round 2 of AYUSH counselling for session 2026-27. The matrix is dated 5 October 2026 and was issued by the Office of the Chairman, Counseling Board, AYUSH Bhawan, Jaipur.
What the seat matrix covers
The revised matrix applies to the following quotas for Round 2:
- AIQ (All India Quota): private colleges
- State Quota: government and private colleges
- NRI Quota: private colleges
The seats listed under AIQ are to be filled through AACCC counselling. The matrix also includes a category-wise breakdown of state quota seats (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, MBC and other reserved categories).

BAMS: Government institutes such as the Post Graduate Institute of Ayurveda (PGIA), DSRRAU, Jodhpur, and the government Ayurveda colleges at Udaipur, Jaipur, Bikaner, Kota, Bharatpur, Sikar and Kekri (Ajmer) are listed alongside private colleges. PGIA Jodhpur has the highest total seat count in the BAMS list, at 125.
BUMS: University College of Unani, Tonk, and Rajputana Unani Medical College, Jaipur (private).
BHMS: University College of Homoeopathy at Jodhpur and Kekri (Ajmer), plus private and private university colleges. Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathy Medical College, Jaipur, and Shri Ganganagar Homeopathy Medical College, Tantiya University, each show 100 total seats.
BNYS: Nine government Yoga and Naturopathy colleges, each with 30 seats, are listed at Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kekri, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Kota, Jaipur, Sikar and Nathdwara (Rajsamand). Private and private university colleges make up the rest of the list, and several of them show 100 total seats.

Reservation details
- The 5% PwD quota and 1% Defence quota are horizontal reservations.
- The Defence quota applies in government colleges only.
Important notes for candidates
- If a new college is added during counselling, a fresh seat matrix including it will be published.
- Candidates can fill or revise their choices according to the updated matrix until the last date of choice filling.
- The board advises candidates to check the official counselling website regularly for updates.
- The type of seats shown in the matrix is the responsibility of the concerned institution.
Candidates should go through the college-wise matrix carefully before finalising their Round 2 choices. The matrix is tentative and may change.
