The Rajasthan NEET PG Medical Admissions/Counselling Board 2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has released the indicative Round 1 seat allotment result for PG medical admissions in session 2026-27. The notice and allotment list are dated October 31, 2026, and are available on the counselling portal, pg.neetrajasthan.com.

The result covers MD, MS and PG diploma courses wherever applicable. It is indicative and provisional, which means seats can still change after verification.

What the Allotment List Shows

For each candidate, the list gives:

• Registration ID and NEET roll number
• Gender, domicile and category (General, EWS, OBC, MBC, SC, ST and others)
• Additional category, such as PwBD or STA, where applicable
• Allotted college and seat type
• Allotted course
• Service status (In-Service or Non-Service)
• State merit rank and All India Rank

The list is led by an in-service candidate allotted MD Radio-Diagnosis at SMS Medical College, Jaipur (state merit rank 1, AIR 5020). Seats are allotted across the state’s medical colleges. These include SMS Medical College (Jaipur), Dr SN Medical College (Jodhpur), Sardar Patel Medical College (Bikaner), Government Medical College (Kota), RNT Medical College (Udaipur), Jhalawar Medical College and others. Courses include MD Anaesthesiology, MS Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MD General Medicine, MD Paediatrics and MS General Surgery.

Important Instructions from the Board

• The result is strictly provisional. It is subject to verification, scrutiny, correction and revision.
• It does not guarantee admission. The notice says it gives no vested right to a seat, college or course.
• Candidates must check their details. These include NEET PG rank, category, reservation, domicile, in-service status and documents.
• Wrong or incomplete information can lead to correction or cancellation of the allotment.
• The allotment letter is available only on the official portal, and it too is subject to document verification, fee payment and other formalities.
• Report and join only as per the allotment letter and the official schedule. Failure to do so may have consequences under the counselling rules.
• Upgradation, resignation and refund rules are governed by the counselling scheme and official notices, and no entitlement arises from this result alone.
• Seat matrix changes may lead to changes in allotments.
• Bond and service obligations, where applicable, still apply.

Grievance Window

Candidates who find a mistake can raise it through the grievance/query mechanism on the portal before 2:00 PM on November 1, 2026. They should clearly state the issue and attach supporting documents where needed. Raising a grievance does not guarantee a change and does not extend any deadline.
