The Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan, has released the official schedule for Round 2 of NEET UG Medical and Dental Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in the state. The notification was issued on September 5, 2026.

Rajasthan NEET UG Round 2 Registration

The online registration process for fresh candidates will begin on September 6, 2026. Fresh applicants must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of the application form. Candidates who have already registered in Round 1 do not need to register again. However, candidates who registered in Round 1 but did not complete Part 2 can complete it during the Round 2 process.

The last date to deposit the application fee is September 8 at 4:00 PM, while both parts of the online application form must be submitted by 8:00 PM on September 8, 2026. The provisional merit list is scheduled to be published by midnight on September 8.

Important Rajasthan NEET UG Round 2 Dates

The choice-filling window will remain open from September 7 to September 10, with choices automatically locked at 11:45 PM on September 10. Candidates are advised to consider both real and potential virtual vacancies while filling their choices.

Security Deposit for Choice Filling

Candidates participating in Round 2 must deposit the applicable security amount. For MBBS government seats, the security deposit is ₹50,000, while candidates opting for management seats in Government Society Colleges and RUHS CMS must deposit ₹2 lakh. The security deposit for NRI MBBS seats and MBBS seats in private medical colleges is ₹5 lakh. For BDS seats, the applicable security amount is ₹10,000.

Round 2 Seat Allotment and Reporting

The Rajasthan NEET UG Round 2 allotment result will be published online on September 14, 2026. Allotted candidates can print their allotment letters from September 15 to September 18 and must deposit the prescribed one-year tuition fee within the specified deadline.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must report to the designated college desk at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, between September 15 and September 18, 2026, carrying their original documents, allotment letter, required bonds and photocopies as specified by the counselling authority.

Application Fee

Fresh candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹2,500, while Rajasthan domicile candidates belonging to SC, ST and ST-STA categories have to pay ₹1,500, plus applicable transaction charges.
