Rajasthan, September 23, 2026: The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Authority has issued important clarifications regarding Round 3 registration requirements, addressing queries from candidates who registered in earlier rounds as well as fresh applicants under specific eligibility clauses.

Key Announcements

• No Re-Registration for Existing Candidates: Candidates who are already registered need not register again for Round 3 of the counselling process.
• Pending Part-2 Applications: Candidates who registered in Round 1 and Round 2 but have not completed Part-2 of their application can complete it now.
• Mandatory Re-Registration for Non-Joined/Non-Reported Candidates: A candidate who was allotted or upgraded to a seat in Round 2 but did not join or report to the allotted seat — resulting in forfeiture of the security amount — and wishes to participate in Round 3 must re-register by filling a fresh application. Such candidates are required to deposit the requisite application fee and the security amount again, as applicable.
• Clause XI Candidates Must Register: Candidates who are not covered under eligibility Clauses I to X but fall under Clause XI — i.e., non-domicile candidates from outside Rajasthan state — are also required to fill the application form and register for counselling.

Candidates are advised to check their registration status carefully and complete pending formalities — including Part-2 details, fee payment, and security deposit — well before the Round 3 deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
