Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Stray Round: Bond and Documents Required for Admission

Candidates in the Rajasthan NEET UG (Medical/Dental) Counselling 2026 stray vacancy round need to prepare a set of documents and undertakings before reporting. These include a bond for MBBS/BDS allotment, an undertaking on stamp paper and, for BDS aspirants, a PCB marks declaration.

Key Highlights

  • Bond: Candidates must submit a bond for MBBS/BDS allotment for the Rajasthan State Stray Vacancy Round 2026.
  • Stamp paper: The bond must be on stamp paper worth at least Rs 500.
  • Liability: If the candidate fails to join, the candidate and the surety are liable to pay the full tuition fee of the allotted seat or Rs 10,00,000, whichever is more, with interest and costs.
  • Proforma-7: All candidates who have been allotted a seat must submit an undertaking on a Rs 50 stamp paper, declaring that their original documents are genuine.
  • BDS candidates: They must submit an undertaking of their aggregate PCB marks.

The Bond for MBBS/BDS Allotment

  • The candidate (obligor) and a surety bind themselves to pay the allotted college on demand.
  • The candidate agrees to join the course within the stipulated time after allotment.
  • The candidate must deposit all original certificates for participating in the stray round. The allotted college keeps them until the conditions of the bond are discharged.
  • If the candidate fails to meet these conditions, the candidate and surety are jointly and severally liable. The amount is the full course tuition fee for the allotted seat or Rs 10,00,000, whichever is more, along with interest at government loan rates and the college’s costs and expenses.
  • The bond needs signatures from the candidate, the surety and two witnesses, with names, addresses and mobile numbers.

Proforma-7 Undertaking

  • Candidates declare that they have received an MBBS/BDS allotment in a named college.
  • They confirm that they have deposited their documents in original and that none is forged, photocopied or printed.
  • If any document is found not to be original, they accept responsibility for cancellation of admission and any other action by the appropriate authority.
  • The candidate must sign it. If the candidate is below 18, the father, mother or guardian must also sign.

PCB Marks Undertaking for BDS

BDS aspirants must declare their marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 10+2 or equivalent. The form says that, under NDC norms, the minimum combined PCB aggregate for 2026-27 is:

  • General (unreserved): 50%
  • Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC): 40%
  • Persons with disability (PwD/PwBD): 45%

The form warns that any discrepancy, or failure to meet the criteria, can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
