Rajasthan NEET UG Round 1 Seat Resignation Deadline Announced

The Rajasthan State NEET UG Medical/Dental Counselling Board has issued an urgent notice regarding the Round 1 seat resignation deadline for candidates participating in NEET UG 2026 counselling.

Candidates who were allotted and joined a Round 1 seat but were not upgraded in Round 2 can resign from their Round 1 joined seat without forfeiture of the security amount. Candidates who did not participate in Round 2 may also be covered as per the counselling rules.

Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Seat Resignation Dates

Eligible candidates can physically report to their respective allotted colleges to complete the withdrawal formalities on:

Study MBBS Abroad 2025-26, Fees 2 lakh Per Year.

  • September 15, 2026 — 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • September 16, 2026 — 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Candidates must ensure that the resignation letter or seat withdrawal slip is generated online through the official portal of the allotted college.

Online Withdrawal Slip Mandatory

The counselling board has clearly stated that resignations processed without an online-generated resignation letter or seat withdrawal slip will be considered invalid. No further request for resignation or withdrawal will be entertained after 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026.

Candidates who fail to complete the resignation process within the specified deadline will be considered joined candidates for Round 2, and the applicable counselling rules will apply.

Important Note

Candidates eligible for resignation should complete the process within the prescribed dates and retain the online-generated resignation/withdrawal document for future reference.
