Gangtok, Sikkim: Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences (SMIMS) has released the MBBS Round I Seat Allotment Results 2026 for candidates applying under the General, Northeast and Management categories. The category-wise allotment lists were issued on August 24, 2026.

As per the released lists, 32 MBBS seats have been allotted under the General category, 32 under the Northeast category and 6 under the Management category. Candidates can check their application number, name and allotment status in the respective category-wise PDFs.

Management Category MBBS Seat Allotment 2026

For the Management category, SMIMS has released an allotment list covering 6 MBBS seats. The list includes candidates who have received confirmed allotments as well as candidates on the waiting list.

The Management category document also provides provisions for automatic seat upgrades based on NEET rank, depending on vacancies created by withdrawals from higher-preference categories.

Candidates allotted seats in more than one category will be considered for only one seat as per the applicable counselling rules, with other category allotments cancelled accordingly.
