The Government of Sikkim, Department of Education has released the second-round online counselling schedule for SMIMS MBBS Admission 2026. The schedule outlines the dates for choice filling, seat allotment processing, result declaration, fee payment and physical reporting.

Important Details

According to the official schedule, candidates can complete their choice filling on 9 September 2026, from 9:00 AM until midnight. The online forms will subsequently be scrutinized by the Counselling Committee on 11 September 2026 and the seat allotment result will also be published on the same day.

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 will be required to complete the fee payment between 12 and 14 September 2026. Physical reporting and joining must be completed by 18 September 2026.

The notice further clarifies that seat allotment is provisional and will be confirmed only after the candidate completes physical reporting and verification of documents. Seats in categories where no vacancy is available are subject to withdrawal by candidates who were allotted seats in the first round.
