SMIMS MBBS Round 1 Counselling Result Postponed
The Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences (SMIMS), Sikkim Manipal University, has postponed the declaration of the MBBS Round 1 Counselling Result 2026. As per the official notice issued by the SMIMS Admission Cell on August 21, 2026, the result will now be announced on August 24, 2026, instead of the earlier scheduled date of August 21.
Reason for Postponement
The institute stated that the Round 1 counselling result has been postponed following the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) postponing its own Round 1 counselling schedule.
