  • PWD candidates must complete and submit their Tamil Nadu medical counselling application on or before July 23, 2026 (5:00 PM) using the documents they currently possess.
  • The PWD Certificate will be issued only after the MCC/DGHS officially begins the disability assessment process.

Candidates should also regularly check the official Tamil Nadu Medical Counselling portal for updates regarding the activation of the certificate-upload facility and further instructions. Failure to apply before the deadline due to the pending activation of the disability-assessment portal will not be accepted as a valid reason for late submission.
