Tamil Nadu NEET UG Round 1 Counselling Schedule Revised
The Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DME), Tamil Nadu, has revised the Round 1 counselling schedule for MBBS and BDS admissions for the 2026–27 academic session.
The revised schedule has been issued through Notification No. 20/SCS1(1)/2026 dated August 20, 2026, following the updated UG State Schedule 2026 released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on August 19, 2026.

Candidates Must Follow the Revised Schedule
Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Tamil Nadu should complete their registration, choice filling and choice locking before the revised deadline.
After the Round 1 allotment result is announced, selected candidates must download their allotment orders and report to their respective colleges within the specified deadline.
Aspirants should also keep their original documents ready for verification and regularly check the official Tamil Nadu DME/Selection Committee website for further instructions regarding admission, document verification and reporting.
