Telangana MBBS & BDS Admissions 2026
The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has started the online registration process for MBBS and BDS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026-27. Eligible NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates can submit their online applications and upload the required documents from 5 August 2026 (6:00 AM) to 12 August 2026 (6:00 PM).
The registration is for admission to Government Medical and Dental Colleges and Private Non-Minority and Minority Medical Colleges, as well as Private Non-Minority Dental Colleges affiliated with KNRUHS. The university clarified that this registration is only for preparing the Telangana State Merit List for Competent Authority Quota seats, while the counselling schedule and seat matrix will be announced separately.
Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026 by securing the prescribed cutoff score. The qualifying marks are 213 for General/EWS, 194 for General/EWS PwD, and 177 for SC/ST/BC and SC/ST/BC PwD candidates. Applicants should also meet the Telangana local eligibility rules and have completed 17 years of age by 31 December 2026.
The registration and processing fee is ₹4,000 for OC/BC candidates and ₹3,200 for SC/ST candidates. Candidates are advised to upload all mandatory documents carefully, as incomplete applications will be rejected. After document verification, KNRUHS will publish the provisional merit list, followed by the web options and seat allotment schedule.
