The Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC) has released the Round 1 Provisional Seat Allotment Result for Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026. The allotment covers admissions to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and other allied medical courses offered through participating institutions.

The Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura, published the provisional allotment result on 31 August 2026 through Ref. No. F.5(6)-DME/NEET/UG/Counselling/2026/3495.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 1 must collect their Nomination Letter from the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Agartala, and report to their respective allotted institutes within the specified dates for document verification and admission.

Tripura NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment

The Round 1 seat allotment has been prepared based on the Tripura NEET UG 2026 merit list published on 29 August 2026, candidate's submitted preferences, eligibility criteria, reservation provisions, the available seat matrix and applicable counselling rules.

Seats have been allotted in various participating institutions, including Agartala Government Medical College, Agartala Government Dental College, Tripura Medical College & Dr. BRAM Teaching Hospital, Tripura Santiniketan Medical College and institutions outside Tripura such as Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, among others.

Tripura NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Important Dates

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 are required to report to the Office of the Directorate of Medical Education, Bidurkarta Chowmohani, Agartala, with the required documents.

Candidates should carry:

• Copies of documents supporting eligibility, educational qualification, domicile, category and sub-category, wherever applicable.
• Four recent passport-size photographs.
• Duly executed Bond(s), wherever applicable.
• Original documents as required for verification at the concerned authorities/institute.

Candidates Allotted Seats Outside Tripura

Candidates who have been allotted seats in medical or dental institutions outside Tripura should report to the DME office at the earliest to collect their Nomination Letter and complete the required formalities.

Such candidates may also be required to obtain a Medical Fitness Certificate from the concerned institution and execute a Service Bond, wherever applicable, before nomination. A Discontinuation Bond, wherever applicable, must be submitted to the admitting institution at the time of admission.

Allotment is Provisional

TRMCC has clarified that the Round 1 allotment and nomination are purely provisional and will remain subject to verification of candidates’ original documents, including eligibility, qualification, domicile, category and sub-category certificates.

If a candidate is found to have submitted false, fabricated, incomplete or misleading information or documents, the allotment, nomination or admission may be cancelled at any stage, including after admission.

Candidates who have received a Round 1 seat and wish to participate in the next counselling round for upgradation will be governed by the applicable counselling rules and subsequent instructions issued by TRMCC.

Candidates are advised to carefully follow the reporting and admission schedule and regularly check the official counselling authority's notifications for further updates.
