PwD candidates must obtain disability certificates from alternative MCC-approved centres.
The candidates participating in UG Counselling 2025 are advised that AIIMS Mangalagiri, previously announced as a Disability Certificate Centre by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in the notice dated 28th August 2025, is currently not fully equipped to provide disability certification services.

PwD candidates should avoid visiting AIIMS Mangalagiri for disability certification. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, candidates are requested to visit alternative centres that are fully operational. A complete list of such centres is available on the official MCC website.
Important Guidelines for Candidates:
- Candidates are advised to visit only fully functional Disability Certificate Centres as listed on the MCC official website to avoid unnecessary inconvenience or delays.
- It is recommended that candidates verify the availability of services at the centre they plan to visit before making travel arrangements.
- Candidates are encouraged to plan their visit in advance and carry all necessary documents, including medical reports and identity proofs, to ensure smooth processing.
- PwD candidates who face difficulties or have questions regarding the disability certification process can contact MCC or the respective centres directly for guidance.
Following these guidelines will help candidates avoid delays and ensure their participation in the counselling process is not affected. MCC will continue to provide updates regarding the availability of disability certificate services.
