The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has issued an extended time-line for the third round of online counselling under UP NEET MDS-2026. The letter (No. ME-3/2026/1927) is dated 2 November 2026 and was issued from Lucknow.

The extended schedule follows the time-table issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi. It applies to admission to state quota MDS seats in government and private dental colleges and universities of Uttar Pradesh.

Extended Round 3 Schedule

• Online choice filling: 2 November 2026 (from 11:00 AM) to 5 November 2026 (till 11:00 AM)
• Declaration of seat allotment result: 6 November 2026
• Downloading of allotment letters and admission process: 12 November to 14 November 2026, and 16 November to 17 November 2026

All information related to UP NEET MDS-2026 counselling will be uploaded on the departmental websites, upneet.gov.in and dgme.up.gov.in.

What candidates should do

• Complete and lock choices before 11:00 AM on 5 November 2026.
• Check the result on 6 November 2026 on the official websites.
• Download the allotment letter and complete the admission process within the dates given above. Note that there is a break on 15 November 2026.
