UP NEET MDS 2026 Round 3 Counselling Schedule has been released, providing candidates with important dates and details for the upcoming counselling process.

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has released the schedule for the third round of online counselling for UP NEET MDS 2026. The notice, dated October 5, 2026, covers admission to state quota MDS seats in government and private dental colleges and universities of the state.

The schedule follows the timetable issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi, for NEET MDS counselling.

Online registration: October 6, 2026 (11:00 AM) to October 8, 2026 (11:00 AM)
Payment of registration fee and security fee: October 6, 2026 (11:00 AM) to October 8, 2026 (02:00 PM)
Declaration of merit list: October 8, 2026
Online choice filling: October 8, 2026 (05:00 PM) to October 12, 2026 (11:00 AM)
Declaration of seat allotment result: October 12, 2026
Downloading allotment letters and admission process: October 13, 2026 to October 17, 2026

Resignation Notice for Round 1 and Round 2 Candidates

DGME UP has also issued a separate notice, dated October 5, 2026, for candidates who were allotted seats in the first and second rounds of UP NEET MDS 2026 online counselling and have already taken admission.

Such candidates who wish to resign from their admitted seat can do so by appearing in person at the concerned nodal centre of the admitted seat.
The last date and time for submitting the resignation is October 6, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
The notice refers to the Government Order dated July 23, 2026 and the provisions of the counselling brochure for UP NEET MDS 2026.

Important Points for Candidates

Candidates should complete registration and fee payment within the stipulated time, as the fee deadline (2:00 PM on October 8) is later than the registration closing time (11:00 AM on October 8).
Choice filling opens only after the merit list is declared on October 8.
Allotment letters must be downloaded and admission completed between October 13 and 17, 2026.
