The UP NEET (MDS) 2026 counselling authority has published the state merit list for Round 3. The 37-page PDF lists 1,175 registered candidates in order of merit. Each entry gives the roll number, candidate name, father’s name, UP category, UP sub-category, NEET marks and NEET rank.

Choice Filling Eligibility

The merit list carries a disclaimer that it is the registered candidate data for UP NEET (MDS) 2026 counselling. Only candidates who have paid both the registration fee and the security money are eligible for choice filling. Candidates who have paid only one of the two should complete the other payment, or they will not be able to fill choices in this round.
