Important Points for Candidates

• Registration closes at 11:00 AM on October 26, but the registration fee and security fee can be paid until 2:00 PM on the same day.
• The merit list will be declared on October 26, and choice filling starts at 5:00 PM that day.
• Candidates have until 5:00 PM on October 30 to fill and lock their choices.
• Admission is held in two windows, November 3 to 7 and November 12 to 13. Allotted candidates must download the allotment letter and complete admission within these dates.

Steps to Apply for UP NEET PG Counselling 2026

1. Go to the official website, upneet.gov.in.
2. Click the UP NEET PG 2026 counselling registration link.
3. Enter the required details and complete the registration.
4. Pay the registration fee and security fee online.
5. Submit the form and save a copy for future reference.

What Happens After Merit List

Once the merit list is declared, eligible candidates can fill in their preferred courses and colleges in the choice-filling window. The Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on November 2, 2026. Candidates who get a seat can then download the allotment letter and report to the allotted college for admission.
