Students can access the choice filling portal by logging in with their NEET roll number and password, followed by OTP verification. It is crucial to carefully select and prioritize preferred colleges and courses, as seat allotment will be based on the choices locked by candidates.

Instructions for Choice Filling:

1. Visit upneet.gov.in and click on the “Choice Filling” link under the NEET UG section.
2. Enter your roll number, password, and captcha to log in.
3. Select and arrange colleges in order of preference based on the available seat matrix.
4. Review selections carefully before saving and locking the choices.

Candidates must complete the choice filling before the deadline. Simply submitting choices does not guarantee a seat; allocation depends on merit rank, reservation criteria, and seat availability. The Round 2 seat allotment results will be announced on September 24, 2025
