The Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling Board has released the seat matrix for Round 3 of NEET UG 2026 counselling, covering State Quota and All India Open Quota seats. The matrix is dated 29 September 2026. It lists seats in government and private medical and dental colleges in Uttarakhand, with category-wise reservation for state quota seats.

Reservation Rules for State Quota Seats
The seat matrix explains that reservation applies as per Government Order No. 124/XXX(2)/2021-53(01)/2001 dated 22 May 2020. The new 100-point roster is applied college-wise from the 2020-21 session and carried forward to 2026-27 and onward. Seats are shown across Unreserved, SC, OBC, ST and EWS categories, with sub-categories for Freedom Fighter, DPW, PwD, Women and Orphan candidates.
Important Notes from the Seat Matrix
- Central pool seat: One seat is reserved in the Central Pool quota for the spouse and children of terrorist victims, as per government direction. This applies only to government colleges.
- Seat numbers can change: The number of seats is based on information from each institute. It may increase or decrease depending on orders and approvals from the Government of India or the Uttarakhand government.
- Stay updated: All stakeholders should follow the official notifications on the university website.
Round 3 Registration Reminder
Registration for Uttarakhand NEET UG Round 3 counselling runs from 29 September to 5 October 2026 (up to 5:00 PM). The final seat matrix will be displayed on 6 October 2026, and the result will be declared on 9 October 2026. Candidates should check the seat matrix for their category before locking choices.
