Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun has extended the last date for online registration for the first round of NEET PG 2026 state centralized counselling. The Uttarakhand NEET PG Counselling Board 2026 had fixed the last date as October 26, 2026. After requests from candidates, it has been extended up to October 27, 2026. The notice was uploaded on October 26, 2026, and the revised Round I schedule for MS/MD/Post MBBS Diploma/Post DNB courses is available on the university website.

Who can register

• Registration is open to all eligible candidates (as per the Uttarakhand State Government norms) who have qualified NEET PG 2026.
• Only registered candidates will be allowed to participate in Round I of counselling.
• The online registration fee is Rs 8,000 for all categories, payable by credit card, debit card or net banking.
• According to the notice, the registration fee will be valid only for two rounds of counselling.

Uttarakhand NEET PG 2026 Round I revised schedule

• Online registration and security fee submission: 22-10-2026 (1:00 PM) to 27-10-2026 (up to 5:00 PM, server time)
• Display of provisional state merit list (Round I) on the website: 28-10-2026 (after 3:00 PM)
• Choice filling and locking: 29-10-2026 (9:00 AM) to 30-10-2026 (up to 11:59:59 PM, server time)
• Data processing: 31-10-2026 and 01-11-2026
• Declaration of result: 02-11-2026 (after 8:00 PM)
• Last date of joining the allotted college: 10-11-2026

Important notes for candidates

• The detailed procedure and guidelines for counselling will be updated on the official website from time to time.
• Information and procedure will be uploaded on the basis of directions and advisories from the Government of India, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the Government of Uttarakhand.
• The latest directions uploaded by the UK NEET PG Counselling Board will be applicable and will replace any condition, term or rule mentioned in the information bulletin.
• Availability of State Quota and All India Open Quota seats, and new or fresh registration, may be permitted for Round II. Details will be notified separately.
• The Board reserves the right to modify the schedule if needed.
• No separate information will be sent to candidates, so they should check the university website regularly.
