Uttarakhand NEET UG 2026 Round 1 & 2 Seat Allotment has been cancelled. Candidates can check the official notice and follow the updated counselling instructions.

The Uttarakhand Centralized Counselling Board for NEET UG 2026 has cancelled the provisional seat allotment of 15 candidates from the first and second rounds of UK NEET UG 2026 state counselling. The notice was issued by the Member Secretary, NEET UG 2026, on the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) letterhead and is dated 28 September 2026.

Why the Allotments Were Cancelled

In Rounds 1 and 2, seats were provisionally allotted based on merit, the choices submitted by candidates, and their claims about domicile, category and sub-category. During admission, these certificates were verified for candidates admitted to various institutions, and for candidates who opted for FLOAT. The verification was done through the Principals of the respective institutions and the concerned District Magistrates.

The cancellations follow the verification reports received from the districts. The candidates named in the notice now have no claim over the provisionally allotted seat.

The notice adds remarks against two entries. One candidate's entry says "Seat left", and another says "Not taken Admission".

More Lists Expected

The Board has said that once verification reports on domicile, category and sub-category certificates are received from the District Magistrates, further lists of candidates will be uploaded on the counselling portal from time to time. Candidates should check the portal and the HNBUMU website (www.hnbumu.ac.in) for updates.
