Uttarakhand NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling Schedule Released

The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has released the Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling Round 2 schedule for NEET UG 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.

According to the official schedule, eligible and NEET UG 2026-qualified candidates can participate in Round 2 registration, fee payment, form filling, choice filling and choice locking from September 7 to September 9, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

Who Can Participate in Round 2?

The counselling is open to eligible candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 as per the applicable NMC, DCI and Government of Uttarakhand norms.

Study MBBS Abroad 2025-26, Fees 2 lakh Per Year.

New candidates can complete online registration, payment of the registration fee/security amount, form filling, choice filling and locking. Previously registered candidates and FLOAT candidates seeking seat upgradation can participate through the applicable re-registration and choice-filling process.

Round 2 Seat Allotment Result

The Round 2 seat allotment result is scheduled to be declared on September 11, 2026. Candidates allotted seats will have to complete the joining process at their respective colleges by September 18, 2026.

Round 1 Seat Surrender Deadline

Candidates admitted through Round 1 who wish to surrender, withdraw or resign their seat without forfeiture of the security deposit must complete the process by 5:00 PM on September 9, 2026.

HNBUMU has advised candidates to regularly check the official university website for the latest counselling instructions and updates. The university has also clarified that future schedules for Round 3 and the Stray Vacancy Round, if conducted, will be announced separately.
