Dr. B. R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Mohali is a government medical college in Punjab, established in 2021, aimed at strengthening medical education and healthcare services in the state. The institute is commonly known as AIMS Mohali and is often informally referred to as “AIIMS Mohali” by students and the public. It is affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), offering postgraduate MD and MS courses along with advanced clinical training through its attached teaching hospital.
