Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Amritsar was established in 1997, offers a comprehensive range of postgraduate (PG) medical courses leading to MD and MS degrees in clinical, para-clinical and pre-clinical specialties. The college is affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
