Gandhi Medical College Secunderabad is a premier institution of Post-doctoral medical education and training that fulfils the medical and health requirements of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and the surrounding districts. It was established in 1954 by the first president of India, Dr Rajendra Prasad. GMC Secunderabad is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal and is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
