Government Dental College and Hospital in Hyderabad is one of Telangana's most prestigious dental colleges. Established in 1959-60, it was inaugurated by Sri A. Madan Mohan Garu, the then Hon’ble Medical and Health Minister. Initially set up in Afzalgunj, the head of the Dental Wings was later promoted to Principal within the Additional Director of Dental Education cadre.
