During the counselling process if a technical error is made by our executive that case refund is applicable:
Wrong information/details filled during the registration process and Wrong documents uploaded during the counselling registration process on portal whereby any obstacle occurs in your admission process.

The purpose of our service is to guide, aware and support NEET aspirants to secure the MBBS SEAT. However, no refund shall be initiated under the following Conditions:-
If the student does not join the allotted college due to any personal reason.
Once the student joins the College in any state/any budget, it may be with the help of our services or through any other source/counsellor or by themself, as the student has secured the Seat, then you will not be eligible for any refund and have to pay the remaining amount of service charge immediately.
If the student/parents accept allotment through any sources by increasing the budget or changing their choices and If there remain any dues against our service charges or registration form charges, the dues have to be cleared immediately.

In case of Student Fails in NEET/12th your Amount will be refunded by deducting the Application processing fee and documents conversion fee.
100% of your Paid amount will be refunded except for an amount equivalent to the applicable GST in case of a cancellation request received in writing within 5 days of Payment.
In case you have decided to cancel your seat and your Application before the Admission letter arrives in your favour by University, You would be eligible for the refund as per the below conditions:-
60% of your Paid amount except for an amount equivalent to the applicable GST in case of cancellation request received in writing after 5 days of the paid amount.
Once the offer letter is received, you will not be eligible for any kind of refund under any circumstance.
In case the application process involves a personal interview for a few Universities and the students fail to pass the same, there shall be no refund for any amount. Still, your paid amount might be adjusted in another universities application process.
If after completion of your all admission process including admission letter, and visa Processing, you cancel the admission process by your own consent then the remaining amount of our service charges will be paid on an immediate basis.
In case of rejection of Visa no refund would be initiated because for the following reasons:
Students don't fulfil the needs of the Consulate.
The student fails to clear the interview for a visa.
Submission of fraudulent documents.
Submission of documents after the deadline. Our company will not be responsible if the delay is caused by other parties like courier services. So, in that case, students are not allowed to claim a refund.
