MCC Extends Choice-Filling Window for NEET-UG Stray Vacancy Round Counselling

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has extended the choice-filling period for the NEET-UG 2024 Stray Vacancy Round in response to numerous candidate requests.

Candidates can now modify, alter, or update their choices until 11:55 PM on October 27, 2024. The choice-filling window was reopened on October 26, 2024, and will remain open until the deadline. Additionally, the choice-locking facility will be available from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM on October 27, 2024.

Only candidates who wish to make changes to their already-filled choices should utilize this facility. Those satisfied with their existing choices are not required to make any changes. Importantly, no new registrations will be accepted during this period.
