The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted a re-examination of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2024 on June 23, 2024, for 1563 candidates who had experienced time loss during the original exam on May 5, 2024, and had been awarded compensatory marks based on the recommendation of a High-Powered Committee.

Following the Public Notice dated June 13, 2024, the NTA has made available the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheets, and Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) – 2024. Candidates can challenge these as per the specified details.

To assist candidates, a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet has been sent to the registered email address provided by the candidates during the submission of the Online Application Form for NEET (UG) – 2024. Candidates are given the opportunity to submit an online challenge against the provisional Answer Key by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- per challenged answer, within the specified period mentioned above. Additionally, candidates can submit representations against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- per challenged question.

Detailed information and the procedure for challenging the Answer Key and Recorded Responses are provided in Annexure 1 and Annexure 2. The processing fee can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Paytm by June 29, 2024 (up to 11:00 P.M.). Challenges will not be accepted without receipt of the processing fee, and no challenges will be accepted through any other mode.
