NEET UG 2024 SC Hearing NEET Hearing Resumes Tomorrow

NEET UG 2024 Supreme Court Hearing: The Supreme Court has commenced the hearing on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG). The bench, which includes Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala, and Justice Manoj Mishra, is expected to deliver its verdict today.

In the previous hearing on July 18, the Supreme Court directed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to release the NEET UG 2024 results on their official website. The court emphasized the need for candidate anonymity by masking identities based on city and exam center.

The Supreme Court indicated that a fresh NEET UG 2024 exam would only be ordered if there is evidence showing that the integrity of the entire examination process was compromised. During the July 18 hearing, the Chief Justice of India raised concerns about the possibility of solving 180 questions and preparing answers within 45 minutes, challenging the Solicitor General’s assertion.
